Many of you have wondered what has happened with the family contest. I did not win and lost by 3/4 of a lb (remember it was based on percentages though). I thought I would be upset if I didn't win because of all my hard work until I saw that the family member that beat me had lost 51 lbs and almost double the inches I had lost. Incredible for him and I am happy with my own success. Overall, I know that look good and I have cleansed my body using Isagenix through this process AND have lowered my cholesterol 30 points. Everyone in the contest did lose but I don't think any of them did any sort of cleanse to get rid of the toxins through out their entire body.
Since my last post I have only gained 3 pounds!! Loving that especially since I haven't been exercising as regularly as I was before. I have been eating pretty healthy but have found that if I don't drink my Isagenix shake with the Ionix Supreme in it for breakfast, I drag all day long. Since it has been 6 weeks, I am going to do a 9 day cleanse after Labor Day and have already started exercising 5 days a week (started this week to get ready for the next triathlon on Sept 15).
