Now Pictures in Clothes - Doesn't Isagenix ROCK????

I look at my before picture and can't believe how my face looked compared to now! I look at that picture that is in black and white and can't believe my arm either. The picture of my family with us all having our triathon shirts on is the only picture I have that really shows my legs and yes - those are size 27 Big Star jeans - which is a size 5! YEAH! The jeans I have on in my before pictures are 12's an 14's and I just gave them away!!! Out with the old, in with the new!

Here are all my before pictures in clothes. I have had a few people tell me that my bathing suit pictures don't quite do the transformation justice. In most of these pictures I weighed about 170 lbs so it is crazy to think that I started my weight loss crusade Jan 1 2007 weighing 192 lbs!

Before on left - weighing 179 and I had already lost 13 lbs (started at 192).

Hello everyone! Thanks for staying motivated with me. I wanted to let you know how I am doing since the family contest is over. I am doing great, am joining a swim team at Layton Surf & Swim to keep up the triathlon trainig. I have had many NEGATIVE people around me who all have negative self talk going on, that all said I would gain all the weight back because Isagenix wasn't "healthy". Well, it is the healthiest thing I have done for my body, mind and spirit in the last 10 years and I still feel FABULOUS!!! (and have kept the weight off!) Here is one of the pictures I took a few nights ago to prove I still look the same. FYI - I do have a new bikini but I wanted to show myself in the same old bikini so you can see how I look the same! Also, if you don't think you can go from a size 16 to a 4 or lose 60 lbs, then read "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne and get positive!!!

Did Not Win Family Contest But Am Still A Weight Loss Winner

Many of you have wondered what has happened with the family contest. I did not win and lost by 3/4 of a lb (remember it was based on percentages though). I thought I would be upset if I didn't win because of all my hard work until I saw that the family member that beat me had lost 51 lbs and almost double the inches I had lost. Incredible for him and I am happy with my own success. Overall, I know that look good and I have cleansed my body using Isagenix through this process AND have lowered my cholesterol 30 points. Everyone in the contest did lose but I don't think any of them did any sort of cleanse to get rid of the toxins through out their entire body.

Since my last post I have only gained 3 pounds!! Loving that especially since I haven't been exercising as regularly as I was before. I have been eating pretty healthy but have found that if I don't drink my Isagenix shake with the Ionix Supreme in it for breakfast, I drag all day long. Since it has been 6 weeks, I am going to do a 9 day cleanse after Labor Day and have already started exercising 5 days a week (started this week to get ready for the next triathlon on Sept 15).
